a. Cancellations must be made 7 days before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Forest Farm Dairy Ltd. Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the scheduled pickup date. - Quality and Satisfaction
